Thank you for your interest in volunteering and becoming part of the Ds Connections team!
Ds Connections Nw is an all-volunteer board and staff team working to support and connect families with a
Down syndrome diagnosis, as well as provide current, accurate information for families and medical professionals. There are a number of ways for you join the Ds Connection Nw team and share your talents
including, office tasks, committee support, family events, sponsorship fundraising, and program activities.

Please register and complete the form attached. Indicate what areas you are interested
in volunteering for, and submit. We review submissions regularly and a team member
will be in contact with you shortly.
