These feelings are completely normal, and we understand them because we’ve been there too.
Join our monthly connection group—a welcoming space for parents and caregivers new to the Down syndrome community. Whether you need answers, encouragement, or simply someone who gets it, we’re here for you.
Our group offers:
- A supportive community that listens and understands
- Referrals to trusted community-based service providers
- Recommendations for helpful resources (books, videos, and more)
- Encouragement during both the challenging and joyful moments
